Philippe Perinet
(France)
|
During the past 35 years, Philippe Perinet has
always been a sport’s competitor. Practising athletics a long time, being a
very good sprinter, he also played Rugby League and Rugby Union for 13 years in
which sport he got a French federal graduation.
He is above all a former member of the French National
Bobsleigh's team.
Beside his own practice, Philippe always studied
coaching and training, travelling around the world to better understand the
different preparation’s cultures.
Very much focused onto athletics technical aspects in
France, he nevertheless had the chance to be first taught about multi-sports’
detection and periodization for Juniors in Cuba, where he probably was one of
very few Europeans to be allowed learning the training system (especially in
Athletics & Fencing) in live !
During his last 3 years spent in New Zealand he
very carefully studied the sports’ education system of this country, which remains
for him one of the best in the world.
Always looking for new techniques allowing more efficiency
and safety for his athletes and adhearing to a strict code of ethics, he very
naturally & early was focused on Tudor Bompa periodization teaching, and is
using this science since a long time.
Having successfully completed the “Strength &
Conditioning Expert” & the “Periodization Planning Specialist” grades, he
is currently coaching high level athletes in Athletics, Cycling, Fencing, Rugby, Triathlon, Surf Lifesaving & Canoeing with
very good results, and is approached by major rugby & basketball teams.
In addition to these tasks and due to his application
of TBI Periodization, Philippe was the first foreign Head Coach to train &
manage an amazing Junior rugby team from New
Zealand in 2006, winning in a France. He also is the personal
coach of the Under 17 Oceania Champion in Fencing.
Carrying on competing for fun (New Zealand Master
Champion 2006 in
Javelin), Philippe is now back to France with an aim to share is
south hemisphere knowledge & spirit, and to develop the local TBI
Periodization recognition.
